Certificate course is not of great value if not done along with LLB, therefore, it would be better if you pursue law and keep doing certain certificate course from time to time.

Hi, Certificate in Industrial Relation: Specialized knowledge of industrial relations is beneficial in a variety of roles. Having completed your Graduate Certificate in Industrial Relations, you could work in policy development, human resource management, employment relations or industrial relations in all areas of the private and public sectors. Labor Law: Labor law (also known as labor law or employment law) mediates the relationship between workers, employing entities, trade unions and the government. Collective labor law relates to the tripartite relationship between employee, employer and union.
