Can you provide some information regarding MBA admission with backlogs?

I've not attended one paper in the 6th sem of BBA. Except for that, I have no backlogs in BBA. Can I get admission in an MBA college?

You can take admission but you will have to clear your backlogs before the academic year commences. Till then, you will be on hold. Best regards.

Take a drop and instead take certification in Marketing or Finance.
