Hi Rohit,
To be eligible for West Bengal Civil Services Exam :
1) You need to pass a degree from a recognized University.
2) You need to know how to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for recruitment in the case of candidates from hill areas of the district Darjeeling I.e. for Nepali
