First, go through the text books and understand the topics. Then, based on that topic do all derivations and later on practice questions. Repeat one topic two-three times at least and after a month revise the same topic at least once. Avoid taking help from guides or solved questions unless you are

See, the only tip I'll give you is that in the paper you should first solve all the questions and then give only 1 hour to the physics. Otherwise, if you go for more than that then you might loose some marks till the end of the examination.
