Can you provide the list of govt. medical colleges in order of their position and quality of education to be used in NEET counseling-19?

It is a good request, but in present scenario, it is not possible to conclude on the basis of quality and position of colleges in a decreasing order, because the major reason is that these two points are contradictory and not run parallel. But, some of them are Maulana Azad Medical College-Delhi, Christian Medical College-Vellore, IMS BHU- Varanasi, JNMC Aligarh Muslim University etc.
