Hi Abhishek, You can register for the exam by following steps given below:
1. Click on the link given above to register for CA CPT exam.
2. Now go to Login/Register tab and select New User Register Here option.
3. Now, candidates will have to enter details like Student Details, Date of Birth, Exam
