Can you rank these college for B.Tech, CS USICT, Chandigarh University, SRM Chennai and JIIT Noida?

According to all the major prospectives Chandigarh University will be on the top for B.Tech as CU is much better in terms of faculty than all the given colleges. Secondly, in terms of Placement, CU had offered the highest placement package around 35 Lacs, thirdly, if we talk about the internship programs, even about the curriculum, etc. In each and every firm I found Chandigarh University is the best.
