Can you rank these universities in terms of placement and infrastructure- Galgotias University, Chandigarh University and GLA University?

Apparently, I will recommend GLA University as first priority because its placement rate is far better than galgotias and Chandigarh university. And it is spread in 110 acres, with a great infrastructure.
