1. Food production: As the name suggests, it is about preparing food and designing dishes.
2. Food and Beverage Service (F&B): It involves the art of serving the guests with food and drinks.
3. Front office: It is responsible for meeting and greeting the guests, organising accommodation of guests, taking and organising reservations, managing check in and out of rooms, passing on messages to customers and settling accounts.
4. Housekeeping: This section ensures a comfortable and appealing environment to guests at the hotel.
