Integrated MBA program offered by various universities are unique and creative programme meant for young students after 10+2 stage who have managerial and leadership aspirations. These programs are either 4 or five years duration. In last four semesters, students of integrated MBA program are mixed with regular MBA programme students of university. It is a good option for the students who are clear about their career goals and only want to do MBA. Only drawback of the course is that you may miss the opportunities to do MBA from a top B-School such as IIMs.
