Can you share details about best colleges for B.Tech CSE with a fee structure of less than 4 Lakh?

I got 78.40% in class 12th and 42 percentile in JEE Mains. My father is a labor and earns 1 Lakh per year.

Here are some really good B.Tech CSE colleges that charge less than ?4 lakh:

1. Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi: They have relatively affordable fees of ?64,600 and wonderful academics along with placements.

2. Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies (AIACTR), Delhi
