RTMNU is a well-known government university in Nagpur. They do offer B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, usually as a 3-year course. The eligibility is 10+2 with PCB, and the fees are quite affordable—around INR 10,000 per year. Some colleges under RTMNU might ask for an entrance exam or just take admissions based on your 12th marks.

If you're planning to apply, it's best to check with the university or affiliated colleges directly to confirm the latest process and seat availability.
