These looks to be very high profile Job. If a person start career from this level Money no issue for him. As the experience grows Salary grows exponentially.
There are some International Certifications which get embossed on the degree as well. like MCSE, MCITP, MCSD, (Microsoft), RHCSA, RHCE, RHCSS, RHCV...more -
It is about IT field where roles like management information systems, business analyst, project management, product management are offered. All computer application are taught and thus entire app Development, Database maintainece, Cloud computing are well taught. -

BCA is a degree in computer application, like its name suggests, you will be trained more into various computer application and its working.
After BCA you can advance your career by pursuing masters degree I.e. MCA.
