Hi,
Just walk down to any of the distance learning centers of any institute offering distance course. But, make sure that the distance program of that institution is approved by directorate of distance education.
To make things easy, here are some of the institutions that run distance courses:

But, if you work while studying in distance mode then there would be no problem in placements.
