Also, LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities of the world as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021, which assess universities against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2021 rankings, only three Indian universities have made to the list of Top 200 in the World. In this programme, candidate will have a pre-placement offer from a company. Taking admission in this programme ensures placement (LOI- letter of intent is given along with admission). (Note: Normally candidate gets placed within the first 6 months). Selection in this programme will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview. However, eligibility is based on Interview. After qualifying interview, the candidate can take admission in this programme. Talent edge programme provides students with real-world industry experience. Through this programme, students will be able to apply their expertise, leading-edge knowledge and tools to solving industry problems. A special programme structure is designed for MBA talent edge. In the first 3 terms students will study general courses of management. In the 4th term specialisation of the candidate will start such as Marketing, HR, finance, etc. Candidate in this programme can select only 1 specialisation. This specialisation will be taught by industry practitioners. In the 2nd year (5th term) company official (from the company which has given a pre-placement offer) will come to the university campus and give induction to the student. After the company induction, student will go for an internship in the same company. There will be 9 months internship contrary to other MBA programs where there is only 45 days internship. The student will have more practical exposure in this programme.
