Can you share some information about LPU? What is the placement record? Is it worth to pursue CSE from LPU?

I faced lot of confusion in selection of college at the time of my graduation. After long comparison I felt good for LPU. It gave me extra edge in everything. LPU has Best Lifestyle and College Life. You will find lot of things to enjoy apart from the education. LPU campus is well planned and advanced in terms of facilities and technologies. LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. You will find the students and staff from about 50 Countries; from Cities, Suburbs, small Towns; from every ethnic & religious background. There is strong system for attendance, education and examination. You have to follow the timetable for your classes and maintain the good percentage in attendance. UMS is the best and main toll actually that is centralized one system for all Academic operations. Almost everything is online in the campus. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialized and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. Placements at LPU are unbeatable ,more than 200 companies visit the campus during placements .Cognizant recruited 600 students in a single day . Recently it is ranked as one of the top 5 universities of the country by the Outlook magazine.

Being a alumni of LPU,I would say you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and has practical exposure, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. Amazon offers 3 students a record Rs. 28 lakh package + 28 students offered internships! For Cognizant, LPU has been the destination to pick market ready workforce as it has selected 1800 plus engineering students over the years. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. I get to know when I visited to enroll myself It has all the facilities in one campus, let it be the hospital, shopping mall, hotel, banks, ATM machines campus is one of the safest campuses maintained by over 400 full-time security professionals, most of whom are experienced ex-military personnel. I was surprised to see the diverse dining and shopping options available within the university campus. There is a state-of-the-art 8-storey mall which has shops of all possible needs, departmental stores, and gadget stores too.
