The prominent in the state of Maharashtra is the Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) offering a distance education course in B.Ed. It has the average duration of 2 years, but it is up to 5 years to finish it. Depending on the university and the category fees of the whole programme
