Hi Nikhil, What you heard is right, there are no fees in German universities. They do charge a very minimal semester fee. yeah Germany universities provide free education. it mainly depends on your academic performance. you need 70% marks for free education. for scholarships login to wemakescholars.com and daad.de German language is compulsory with B1 levelni think and IELTS with 6.5 points
