What you heard is right, there are no fees in German universities. They do charge a very minimal semester fee. It is because of their free education policy that they do not compromise on quality of students and only admit candidates with brilliant academic performance. yeah Germany universities provide free education. it mainly depends on your academic performance. you need 70% marks for free education. for scholarships login to wemakescholars.com and daad.de German language is compulsory with B1 levelni think and IELTS with 6.5 points
