So the B.Com fees is minimum 5,000 thousand And maximum goes 70,000 thousand per year admission time is given on the site of college and fees structure is also given and about scholarship you have to give exam of scholarship if pass the exam with good marks you will get the scholarship You can also check various colleges sites for scholarships
