Can you suggest a 1-year PG Diploma/Masters course in India which is valid for immigration to Canada?
I am B.Tech with 5-years of work experience and am not able to score enough points for PR.

If you want to immigrate to Canada it's better to have sufficient experience, through one year Diploma you do not learn anything major that could help you secure a job there. I would suggest you go there on a study visa.
