Can you suggest a best college/university for B.Tech?
My expected class 12th board marks are 85-90% and JEE mains score is 96. I am a dropper.

since you haven't scored well in JEE mains so you will not get admission in Government institutes.Although there are private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high schola

Go with Mumbai or pune universities Colleges are sinhgad,MIT,don boscho,D y patil
