Can you suggest a college for MS in aeronautical engineering in Canada? Also, can I work there after completing MS?

The university of Toronto, Ryerson University and Carleton University are Canada's top three for aerospace engineering studies. International students can work after studies, you will be normally granted a work visa of 2 to 3 years depending on the length of the program. You must work hard on your academics and skills to get a job.
