Master of Engineering (ME/M.Tech) in Computer Engineering
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Networking
Master of Philosophy (M. Hill) in Computer Science and Engineering.

You can go for M.Tech MBA or MCA, I think you do further M.Tech or MCA is also good option as it of only of 3 years and you can also get good opportunities.
