Can you suggest a few beneficial courses that can help me in career growth?

I've been working in purchasing domain handling mostly 80% development and 20% commercial with a total of 3.6 years of experience. Now, I want to pursue a course relative to my field which can help in growth both technical and financial. I'm interested in out of India opportunities too.

You can pursue MBA or PGD in your field of expertise.
