Can you suggest a flying academy which assures placements?

No flying school in India or abroad assures placement. Only those courses which are cadet pilot programmes or sponsored by airlines allow jobs after the completion of CPL Training. If you are looking for assured job courses then you will have to opt for Cadet Pilot Programme, but remember it will be
