Dear Arun,
There are many good colleges for B.Tech, some of them include LPU Punjab, Chandigarh University, Delhi College of Engineering, Galgotia University, SRM, Ajay Kumar Garg, PIET-Haryana, Thapar University-Punjab, DIT-Dehradun, Graphic Era University-Dehradun, etc.

The main problem is that NTTF is not a government approved college.
