Can you suggest a good college for CSE branch with 191 marks and 10K rank?

Hello,
As the cutoff is low this year, and you scored good, so you will absolutely get NIT. Just prepare for advance exam. If you get good rank, then you'll get IIT, if not then NITs are fixed.
