Can you suggest a good college in Kolkata where I can get direct admission in BBA having a fee structure under 2 lakhs for 3-years?

I have scored 63% in 12th.

    It is one of the best colleges in Kolkata for BBA is St. Xaviers college having a fee structure of 2 lakhs for 3 years. However, they do conduct an entrance exam. Other colleges are not that good.
