Can you suggest a good govt. college for B.Sc in textile designing that I can join in the 2nd year with a good education, crowd & placement?
I don't want to repeat my 1st year.

You have to contact the university and the college management. You have to apply for the transfer certificate from your current college. Then fill out a form to request to transfer to another college. When your college gives you no objection certificate, then you may go for admission in another college.
