India's top colleges for CSE are - IITs, IIITs and NITs. Or you may refer private universities such as SRM Chennai, VIT Vellore, Thapar University, Lovely Professional University, Indraprastha University, Delhi Technical University, APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, etc.

All IITs, nits and IIITs offer computer science engineering so you may appear for JEE mains to get admissions. Alternatively, go for BCA or B.Sc in computer sciences.

You can prefer CSE in IITs, NITs and IIITs. You will have better future further and will have many opportunities if you do well and score well. So, work hard and achieve the best.
