Can you suggest a government college for aeronautical engineering that give admission on merit basis instead of JEE Mains & Advanced?

Yes, there is a college in West Bengal. You can get admission through WBJEE but there is no college which offers admission without an entrance test.

These days admissions in any of the engineering colleges are based on some or the other entrance test. Without these tests, there no possibility of admission in a government college.
