Percentage secured rather than your place of study is counted upon. However, your question is vague to be answered well. Disclose your degree, percentage and place of study and also where you wish to study further.

Courses offered at IIM Ahmedabad are of post graduate level. First, do a Bachelor's degree, score higher percentage, and then go for IIMA. It offers scholarship to economically weak students. For details, google scholarships offered to weak student by IIM Ahmedabad.
