    If you are preparing for the IIT JAM exam, then you can go with:
    1. Quantum mechanics: By Zetili, Griffith or Schaums series.
    2. Solid State Physics: By Kittel, MA Omar or SO Pillai.
    3. Statistical physics: By Reif.
    4. Mathematical physics: By Riley, Hobson and Bence or Arfken Weber.
    5. Classical mechanics: By Goldstein, JR Taylor or David Morin.
    6. Thermodynamics: By Zeemansky, FW Sears or GL Salinger.
    7. Optics: By Ghatak, Brijlal and Subhramanyam.
    8. Electrodynamics: By Griffith.

    If you are appearing for JEE Mains this year, then don't go through different books. You can practice previous year questions and notes. If you are in class 11th, then you can prepare through HC Verma.
