Can you suggest a short term course related to bank, insurance or management related field that can help me in building my career?
I am a BBM student & have 1 backlog in 5th semester.

Short term course will not help you in career. You should go for regular 2 years program of management. It will give you opportunity to join sectors like bank, insurance, MNC and many more.
