Can you suggest a university from where I can pursue Ph.D? I can't live in the campus but can visit periodically.
I am an IIT post graduate with 20 years of work experience. Currently, I am working with a global IT/consulting giant as a top-ranked executive and want to pursue Ph.D in computers or artificial intelligence in electrical engineering (graduation subject).
