Academics: B.TECH- I.T-2011-63%- U.P.T.U. XII- 2006-C.B.S.E-79.80%. X-2004-C.B.S.E-67.8%. Work Ex: E-commerce executive-Dec'11-Oct'15 Senior Executive Customer Service-SPRINT - May'16-July'17. After that prepared for IBPS but was unsuccessful. Very confused about future as I'm no where to succeed.

    Hi Chirag,
    You can consider a career shift, think of an MBA. You already have work experience and therefore you are eligible. An MBA in HR or General Management is something you can think of being relevant. As for your future you must plan wisely and keep options. You may also do PGDM from SPP colleges in Canada.
