Can you suggest all the top colleges for MBA in India mainly in Delhi as well as their cut-offs and exam name?

I am currently pursuing my graduation from IP University in BJMC ( just got into 3rd year), can you suggest which stream/ specialisation should I opt for? Is there any university that offers MBA in journalism.
