Can you suggest all the universities which provide scholarships?

Hi Siddiq, every university abroad offers scholarship but they have their own criteria for selection. It is mostly merit based, very few universities give need-based scholarship to international students. As such it is not possible to name all the hundreds and thousands of universities in the world.
