With limited information on your budget, I can suggest a few NITs as they are government organisations but few have good placements, in private educators, LPU is the one with reasonable fee although much more than government colleges, but if you qualify their entrance and scholarship test LPU NEST with high grades you can get upto 35% scholarship on course fee for full duration. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
