I have 72 percentile and a CRL rank of 408090 in JEE Mains with 57% in 12th.

With 72 percentile and a CRL rank of 408,090 in JEE Main, and 57% in 12th grade, getting admission to a B.Tech course in a Central University could be tough, as such universities usually have higher JEE Main ranks and a 12th-grade score of at least 60%.
