Can you suggest any MBA or related course that can help me in landing up a job in banks (not in the sales department)?
Kindly suggest some colleges too for the same. I completed my B.Com with 49% marks.

Most B-schools require you to have at least 50% in your graduation. So you would be better off looking for other options.
