Can you suggest any open university to complete my graduation?
I have a backlog in my B.Com first year and I have passed 2nd year.

Don't do this, don't change the university now you have completed 2 years already so give some time and clear the backlog, otherwise if you take admission in open, l there are also chances of backs in a large amount. So Don't waste the time now the degree is just a piece of paper that describe you h
