Can you suggest any UGC approved distance education university? I want to do civil engineering in distance mode.

Hello Mani,
I can appreciate and understand your wishes and angst. But only recently UGC has announced that in courses where practical is must distance mode will not be allowed. Hence your dreams appear to be difficult to fulfil. You may think of some other course.
