Top M.Sc. Bioinformatics colleges in India include IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad, and University of Pune (Maharashtra). Anna University (Tamil Nadu), JNU (Delhi), and IBAB Bangalore (Karnataka) are also strong. Around 10–15 top institutes offer good research, placements, and biotech links, mostly in Delh
