Can you suggest colleges in Mumbai to pursue MBA alongwith specialisation as per my above degree & placement?
I scored 57 out of 200 (54.17%) in CET.
I am a BE E & TC student.

You can try

You can wait upto 3rd counselling round and try to get good institute
you can even apply offline in institute level quota and admission against cancellation
For that you need to visit/enquire colleges and get info
