Hi Rahul, Considering that finance is not a problem, you can follow the following strategy. You can apply for 3 dream colleges, 4 reach colleges and 3 backup colleges. Considering the limited knowledge that I have about you, I'd suggest you go for the following: Dream: Georgia Institute of Technology, University of California Los Angeles and University of Washington, Seattle. Reach Colleges: University of Cincinnati, University of California Santa Cruz and Michigan State University. BackUp colleges can be: Arizona State University, University of Utah Salt Lake and University of North Carolina. Think of various other factors while finalizing the list as this may not reflect all the aspects and may also not be ideal for your profile. But it can act as a starting point to begin shortlisting your Universities list.
