Can you suggest good career option for my wife where she can manage personal life easily? She did MBA in marketing & finance from Jaipuria?
She is currently working as a marketing specialist in Bank of Baroda (1 year). Her current job involves a lot of field work & bank doesn't provide any conveyance or allowance for visits. She doesn't like going out in field and a lot of dissatisfaction.

Marketing and finance job is one of the toughest. Managing one's personal life is in the hands of that individual, no matter what job he/she does. It's possible to manage but it's going to be tough as well.
