'Textbook of Geology' by G B Mahapatra is one of the good book for clearing basics and will help you to clear entrance exams for M.Sc. And as well as for reputed government organisation. You'll got this from Flipkart and also from amazon. And also 'Textbook of Geology' by P K Mukherjee. The last one
