Can you suggest me a course or something which is beneficial for my future? I'm 40 years old married and just 12th passed.
I'm working in a security company for the last 14-years as a bodyguard, area officer, security officer, recovery officer, recruitment officer i.e. all-rounder.

Hello Sir,
My suggestions would be for you to complete MBA in HR based in your experience and then you can work on the HR aspect maybe recruitment, training and development and employee engagement. You have prior experience to this field so exploring more will give you growth in the industry and a better pay scale.
