I'm about to complete my MBA in IB and want to study more in abroad for 1 or 2 years.

My suggestion would be, to look at working for anywhere between five to seven years. It broadens your perspective, and gives a clear picture of where you stand, in terms of your career growth and what needs to be done -
Before you decide to pursue further education, you need to decide what career do you intend to pursue. Once you are clear on this, decide the specialisation / course that you want to pursue. Some countries that are good for further studies are Singapore, Hongkong, USA, Canada, Australia, UK, etc.
